Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Design: Developing comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies and annual plans that support overall business objectives.
- Team Lead: organize your marketing team
- Manage Budget: Overseeing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and measuring return on investment (ROI)
- Manage Brand: efining and nurturing the company's brand identity, positioning, and voice across all channels.
- Campaign Management: Managing the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, and traditional media.
- Performance Analyses: Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tracking metrics, and using data to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master’s in Marketing
- 5 to 10+ years of total marketing experience.
- t least 3 to 5 years in a management role, such as a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager, overseeing both teams and budgets.
- Candidates must showcase a portfolio of successful campaigns with measurable results, such as increased revenue, improved customer acquisition costs (CAC), or successful product launches.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Marketing Automation (Pardot), and advanced Data Analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and the ability to negotiate with stakeholders at the board level.
